Sponsorship is a vital part of F1 in Schools as it is a judged aspect of the competition along with providing funding, allowing a team to compete. The 2019 National Finals registration fees were $850 alone with other expenses for Nationals including: transportation, accommodation, team uniforms, booth materials, and car materials. In total, we believe the final cost for us to be able to compete at Nationals was around $3000-$4000. 

This year, at the 2019 Royal Adelaide Show, Adelaide High School's F1 teams, X-Calibre and Equinox, placed 1st and 2nd respectively, earning them the opportunity to compete at the 2020 Australian National F1 in Schools Finals held in Melbourne, Victoria. As with us, these teams will have many expenses associated with competing interstate at the national level of competition.
